We aim to keep it sharp-sharp!
Here’s what to expect once your print is packed:

📍 USA & Canada: 2–5 business days
📍 Everywhere else: 4–15 business days

Life happens, but we’ll send a tracking number so you can follow your print’s journey!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because every print is made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges.
But if something goes wrong, please email us within 48 hoursof delivery — and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Are frames included with the prints?

Not yet — but watch this space!
All our prints are made to fit standard frame sizes, so you can style them your way.

Can I request a custom design or color change?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Aweh! That’s not lekker.


Please email us at info@tatendafrica.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll send you a fresh replacement.

Can I track my order?

Of course!


You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is shipped — so you can follow it all the way from our hands to your home. Like following your Woolies delivery, but way more emotional.

Do you offer wholesale and bulk orders?
